  1. How do I get more information about an item before I place my order?

  1. How do I place an order on Vigneto?
      • You can add the chosen items to your shopping cart and place an order on our website, or you can also get in touch with us at +91 9582294748 and we can place the order on your behalf.
  1. Can I place an order on Whatsapp?
      • Yes, our WhatsApp number is +91 9582294748. 
  1. Where are you based out of? Do you have a physical store?
      • We are based out of Delhi. We currently do not have any physical stores.
  1. How do I track the status of my order?
      • As soon as your order has been placed, an email with the details of your order will be sent to you. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
  1. Can I change my shipping or billing address after an order has been placed?
      • Yes, you can do so either by contacting us through email or on our WhatsApp no. - +91 9582294748.
  1. Can I see the products before I buy them?
      • It is not possible to share samples of our collection with you. However, we can share real-time images if required on a case-to-case basis.
      • We are committed to providing premium quality products to our customers. Once you receive your order, you are simply going to love our range for its supreme quality and finish. You can also cross-check reviews for the concerned product on the respective product page on our website before placing an order.

 

Delivery

  1. How do I check the estimated delivery date for my order?
      • Once you have placed your order, you can check the status via the tracking link shared with you through WhatsApp/email.
  1. Can you deliver my item faster than mentioned on the checkout page?
      • The delivery time is dependent on the logistic network available in your location and the area’s serviceability. It takes typically 4-7 days to deliver the order. We always try to deliver it as soon as possible. 
      • You can also opt for express shipping while placing your order (charges begin from Rs.350 and vary depending upon your order value). 
      • We can expedite your delivery only for select pincodes to reach you within 3-5 days. Kindly get in touch with our Customer Care team over WhatsApp or Email for more details.
  1. My purchase is a gift, can Vigneto send the order without an invoice?
      • Yes, we can. You can add a note on the checkout page to not include the invoice in your order or you can also contact us with your order ID and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Returns and Refunds

  1. What do I do if I get a damaged/ defective or incorrect product?
      • We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve any issues immediately for you.
      • We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition.
  1. What is your cancellation policy?
      • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Hence, we request you to be completely sure of your purchase decision before buying a product. In case of any queries regarding a product before ordering, you can reach us via Email at vignetoluxury@gmail.com or Call or WhatsApp us at +91 9582294748. We would be happy to assist you.
      • However, if you want to modify your order, that is possible within 4 hrs of placing the order. The new order value should be at least equal to the earlier order value. Please get in touch with us over Call or WhatsApp and we will assist you. 

 

Bulk Orders

  1. How can I place a Bulk Order through Vigneto?
      • You can share your order query with us via email or WhatsApp and we will get in touch with you at the earliest. Please refer to the Bulk Orders and Corporate Gifting page for more details.

 

Payment

  1. What are my various Payment options? 
      • You can prepay using Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, Cash on Delivery.
      • In case you have a Vigneto Gift card or discount code, you can use that to pay - just add the code in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ tab on the Checkout page and click on ‘Apply’.
  1. Is COD available?
      • Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders with an order value of less than Rs. 5,000.
  1. Can I pay through a bank transfer?
      • Yes, you can get in touch with us and we will share the required details with you.

     

    Vigneto Gift Card

    1. What is a Vigneto Gift Card?
        • The Vigneto Gift Card is the Perfect Gift for special occasions: give it to someone you love, and open their home to the widest collection of finest tableware. The Vigneto Gift Card is available in the following denominations currently- Rs.1000, Rs.2000, Rs.5000, and Rs.10,000.

    1. How do I order a Vigneto Gift card?
    1. Can I add a note on my Gift Card?
        • Yes, you can add your message in the Order Note section at the Checkout Page or you can get in touch with our customer service team.
    1. How will the Gift Card get delivered?
        • We can share the Gift Card via email only. We do not provide a physical gift card.
    1. What can I purchase using my Vigneto Gift Card?
        • You can use the Gift Card to buy any product available on www.vignetoluxury.com.
    1. How do I pay with a Vigneto Gift Card? 
        • There is a code mentioned on each of our Gift cards.
        • Select the items you want to purchase. When you head to the Payment page, enter the Gift Card code in the ‘Discount Code’ box given and click on ‘Apply’.
    1. What is the validity of my Gift card?
        • All Gift cards have a one-year validity period. Any unused funds in an expired gift card cannot be claimed later.
    1. Can I redeem my Gift card partially?
        • Yes, you can. Once you use it partially, you will get an email confirming your card balance amount but the validity period will remain one year from the date of receipt of the original gift card.
